Rabbiyah A. Reese

Rabbiyah A. Reese was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama and graduated magna cum laude from Fisk University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. She pursued her law degree at Florida A&M University College of Law where she graduated with honors and served as a member of the Women's Law Caucus and Christian Legal Society. Further, Ms. Reese received multiple dean's list honors and served as a research assistant to a former associate municipal court judge.

After graduation, Ms. Reese practiced exclusively in the area of personal injury at an Orlando-based law firm where she advocated for rape victims and for those injured as a result of automobile negligence, premises liability and negligent security. For several years, she assisted the survivors and victims of violent crimes in cases against some of the largest insurance companies, apartment complexes, hotel chains, nightclubs, restaurants and shopping centers.

Performing with a high level of confidence, the will to succeed, and propensity to persevere, Ms. Reese possesses an unyielding appetite to serve those in need of assistance. As an attorney, she believes that she has been given the opportunity to be a positive force in the lives of others and to affect changes beyond measure.

Ms. Reese is admitted to practice law in Georgia, Florida, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Orange County Bar, Florida Justice Association, Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Ms. Reese practices in the areas of automobile negligence, premises liability, negligent security and wrongful death.
